Frequently Asked Questions

What is Interlibrary Loan?

Interlibrary Loan is a courtesy service provided by many libraries allowing patrons to order and receive materials from other libraries.

[NOTE: Interlibrary loan services are available only during academic terms and limited to current LBCC students, faculty, and staff.]

Who can use this service at LBCC?

How long do materials take to arrive?

It may take a week or more to fill requests for whole books.

What types of materials may I request?
