To make an appointment, call (541) 917-4780. If you're not able to commute to Albany, you can make a video appointment (Google Hangouts or Skype, etc) or phone appointment. Just let the office staff know that you need a video/phone appointment and your contact information. You can also request the appointment be scheduled at the Lebanon Center.
Are you a veteran needing job search assistance? Oregon Employment Department's Veterans Representative is available at the Lebanon Center Wednesdays, all day, and Thursdays, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (noon). Please call the Oregon Employment Office at (541) 259-5787 to make an appointment.
