Student Help Desk

If you do not have internet access and/or a device capable of completing online assignments at home, please call the library at (541) 917-4630 or email libref@linnbenton.edu for help troubleshooting access to these resources.

The Student Help Desk assists students with most computer software-related issues and other technology problems or questions, from login problems related to LBCC’s online systems to questions about course-related instructional software. We also check out laptops and provide assistance to anyone using library equipment like our 3D printer, scanners, photocopiers, etc.

The Student Help Desk is located in the LBCC Library on the Albany campus. See the Library's main page for current hours.
