Fall 2021 Hours
- Monday-Tuesday: 8:00am-5:00pm for in-person assistance / 8:00am-8:00pm for phone or email help
- Wednesday-Thursday: 8:00am-8:00pm for in-person, phone, and email assistance
- Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm
- Saturday: 11:00am-3:00pm
The Student Help Desk assists students with most computer software-related issues and other technology problems or questions, from login problems related to LBCC’s online systems to questions about course-related instructional software. We also check out laptops and provide assistance to anyone using library equipment like our 3D printer, scanners, photocopiers, etc.
The Student Help Desk is located in the LBCC Library on the Albany campus.
