Our program is taught by tried and true industry professionals who will provide you with the guidance and knowledge to be successful.
The completion of a four-year degree in merchandising management gives students advanced courses to prepare them for management positions in the retailing and merchandising of apparel, textiles, and commercial and residential products. Students will gain the skills necessary to forecast trends, manage personnel, and promote brands.
Students in merchandising management programs prepare for positions in management, merchandising, inventory control, sales promotion, public relations, and human resources. This field offers a wide variety of career opportunities with retailers, manufacturers, marketing research firms, and product information services. In a global, diverse, fast-paced, and competitive environment, merchandisers are involved in market analysis, product planning, sourcing, procurement, pricing, distribution, and visual presentation of apparel and textile products.
