Important Dates for Assessment

Important Dates 

Oct. 9th, 2015:  Outcomes revisions for about one-third of all 200-level and CTE courses should be submitted to your dean using the new Course Outline form.  Check with your dean to see which courses are due on this date.

Nov. 6th, 2015: Outcomes revisions for the second one-third of all 200-level and CTE courses should be submitted to your dean using the new Course Outline form.  Check with your dean to see which courses are due on this date.

Dec. 11th, 2015: The remaining 200-level and CTE courses should be submitted to your dean using the new Course Outline form. 

End of each term, 2015-16: All courses taught in the that term will submit results of their assessments of student learning using our reporting tool.  

Early in each term, 2015-2016: Departments have conversations that summarize and reflect on the assessment results from the previous term.

January, 2016: Deans may requests reporting on Fall conversations from department chairs, to help populate our Assessment Report.
