Registering with a Hold

Typically students who owe money cannot register. VIP Registration is the ONE DAY each year that students can register regardless of the hold. This allows you to reserve your fall schedule while you get your hold taken care of.

If the balance is not paid by the deadline, you will be dropped from your classes. For fall, the deadline is September 4th at 4:30 pm. For summer, the deadline is June 18th at 4:30 pm. If you registered for both summer and fall on VIP Registration, you must pay by the summer deadline or you’ll be dropped from all classes.

After VIP Registration ends (11:59 pm), you will not be able to make any changes to your schedule (add/drop classes) in WebRunner until the hold is resolved.

You can visit the Business Office (CC-130) Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm or Fridays 8:00 am- 4:00 pm.

Not sure if you have a hold? Log into your Webrunner account using your Single Sign-On password. Find your hold information: Student> Student Accounts> View Holds

If you have a hold because of an issue with your federal financial aid (FAFSA) or veteran’s benefits, please visit the Financial Aid office during drop in hours. Also, check your Webrunner account for outstanding financial aid documentation that may be stalling your award.

Other hold types are not eligible for VIP Registration. For academic holds, contact your Advisor to discuss academic planning options and resolve the hold.
