Jennifer oversees the Advancement Department and team and serves as the executive director of the LBCC Foundation. She handles all of LBCC's public messaging and communication and is the main contact for LBCC government and legislative relations, as well as presidential and executive leadership communication support

 




Gina Flak

Director,
Marketing and Communications

Gina directs the college's overall marketing plan, website strategy and development, and social engagement. Gina serves as the LBCC brand manager.

 




Andrew Wynings


Andrew Wynings
Director of Development and Operations

Andrew coordinates the fundraising activities of the Foundation and works with donors on major gifts.  Andrew is also responsible for the operational aspects of the LBCC Foundation and the Advancement department, including the budgets.

Jim Birken


Jim Birken
Planned Giving Manager

Jim works with donors who are interested in leaving a planned gift to the college through a will or estate planning. Jim also assists donors who are interested in charitable gift annuities as well as the donation of real estate or life insurance policies.

Abby Erickson

Digital Marketing Strategist

Abby manages our digital marketing campaigns, optimizes public engagement on our social media sites, works with faculty and staff to keep website current, and monitors our website analytics. Abby also tracks the success of our organic and paid digital campaigns against goals, and produces creative content.

Gina Flak


Linnea Everts
Foundation Coordinator

Linnea oversees the Foundation's scholarship programs and restricted funds.  She works closely with donors to develop and maintain scholarships and funds that will assist students and programs.  Linnea also coordinates the Foundation's emergency funds and stewardship activities.

 




Michael Feuling

Development Officer for Annual Fund and Community Relations

Michael coordinates the Annual Fund efforts of the Foundation focusing on generating resources to assist students and programs.  Michael also works with community members and businesses to increase engagement with LBCC.

Matt Scotton


Matt Scotton
Marketing Communications Strategist

Matt handles intake requests, meets with faculty and staff to understand strategic goals, coordinates marketing plans, and manages our overall editorial calendar. Matt also monitors our paid and earned media, tracks the success of our marketing campaigns against goals, and produces creative content.

 




Daniel Williams


Daniel Williams
Web Developer

Daniel handles the back-end support and maintenance of the LBCC website, as well as development of and integration with college web applications.
