Culinary Arts Graduate Cody Utzman, Restaurant, in the News

Cody Utzman worked in Albany restaurants as a teen before graduating from LBCC's Culinary Arts program and heading to New York City to find success in the restaurant business. He also gained national attention competing on the Food Network show “Chopped.”
His new focus is Frankie’s Restuarant in North Albany. As owner and head chef, his restaurant features lunches and dinners with an American fare and an entirely local cuisine.
