Ice Cream Social at the Sweet Home Center (Student Lounge)

There's no better way to bring in a new term than with ice cream! Come and enjoy some free ice cream and refreshments and meet your fellow classmates. Brought to you by the Associated Student Government and the Student Programming Board.
"Dia de Los Muertos" at the DAC

Come to the Diversity Achievement Center (F- 220) and experience this 3,000 year old Aztec ritual! Participate by contributing an "ofrenda" (offering). From 12 - 12:45pm, enjoy the movie "Food for the Ancestors." Then, from 1 - 1:30pm, come to the Tamale Workshop. Learn how to make this traditional Mexican dish! Last but not least, from 1:45 - 2:45, come and play Loteria (Mexican bingo)! There will be prizes for the winners!
