Welcome Day

Become familiar with the layout of LBCC and learn about all the amazing services we offer! This open house will feature program information, an introduction to student clubs and organizations, music, food, games . . . even a scavenger hunt!

• 10 A.M. KICK-OFF EVENT in the Russell Tripp Performance Center, featuring LBCC’s award-winning choirs “The Sirens” and “Blue Light Special,” a welcome by LBCC President Greg Hamann, and Poet Laureate Ruth Krueger.  Students are eligible to win prizes, including tuition credits and gift certificates to the LBCC Bookstore!
• Fashion Show in the Commons at noon!
  
• Chance to win a 60-second bookstore shopping spree! Enter outside the Bookstore until 12 noon or during the Fashion Show. Two winners will be chosen immediately following the Fashion Show. LBCC staff and employees not eligible to win.
  
• Free pizza samples from the culinary wood-fired oven!
• A campus scavenger hunt, where students are invited to tour campus, meet their instructors and staff, and get their books and school supplies
• Enter to win a TI-84 graphing calculator (appx. value $100)

LBCC’s Lebanon and Sweet Home Centers will host student appreciation activities on the first day of classes, Sept. 26. 

The Benton Center has events planned for the first week of classes, especially Sept. 28-29.
