Transcripts

You can get an unofficial transcript from WebRunner at no cost. Just log on to WebRunner, click on “Student” menu, click on “Student Records” menu, and then select “Academic Transcript.”

You can get an official student transcript in one of these ways:

  1. Via the National Student Clearinghouse by selecting the link from the WebRunner.
  2. By logging onto the National Student clearinghouse at www.studentclearinghouse.org,
  3. Ask for a transcript in person at the Registration Office at Albany campus, at one of the community centers, or by fax or mail. Please use our Transcript Request Form (PDF*) from the Forms and Applications page.

LBCC transcripts cost $5.00 for the first copy and $1.00 for each additional copy ordered at the same time, regardless of whether they are official or unofficial. (These fees are subject to change.)

It takes up to five business days to process a transcript order. Rush orders (guaranteed processing in less than 5 days) cost $10.00 for the first and $1.00 for each additional transcript ordered at the same time. There is an additional $1 charge to have a transcript faxed.

Students have access to transcripts and records as outlined in 'The Student Records and Disclosure of Student Records Policy 7071.' Official records belonging to a student who has failed to make an installment tuition payment, repay an emergency loan, or pay any other debt or obligation to the college will not be released, either to the student or to another institution, as long as the obligation is outstanding.
