General Food and Fundraising Guidelines

  1. All food and fundraising events on campus must comply with the Linn County Temporary Food Booth Guidelines (guidelines included in this packet).
  2. Clubs and co-curricular programs wanting to sponsor an event on campus must register that event in the Student Life and Leadership Office. This helps to avoid competing events.
  3. All student clubs or co-curricular programs holding food based fund-raising events on campus (as outlined in the Linn County Temporary Food Booth Guidelines) must have a staff member or student with a current Food Handler's card at the event at all times. That person will be responsible for supervising food safety.
