How To Fish
How to FISH!If a fellow staff member has made your day we would like to know about it. It might also be that you have observed somebody making someone elses day. Each week the "FISH Gang" will post a college wide email with the names of those that "Made Someones Day". We will also send a card to that person, letting them know who wants us to thank them and why. Please email the FISH GANG and let us know who you would like to thank and what they did to "Make Your Day".
The FISH! Gang will also come to the office or person of your choice. "FISHing" includes the famous FISH! dance and some FISH! goodies for each person FISHed. Reasons to recognize and FISH one of your co-workers:
* He's floundering with overwork.
* Her mind is so shark she can solve any problem.
* He's doing a good job with not enough clams in his budget.
* She pours her heart and sole into her job.
* When it comes to supporting your ideas, he doesn't perch on the fence.
* She doesn't tuna you out when you are having a bad day.
* He pitches in when he'd rather be out dolphin.
* She doesn't whale when you make a mistake.
* His work is full of porpoise.
* She takes care to include the whole grouper when making an important decision.
