SEASON PREVIEW: This year's team will be lead by pitchers Liam Baron and Trevor Smith. Baron posted 10 wins, 1.71 ERA and was the conferences MVP. Smith had a .25 ERA with 14 saves and both players were All-NWAACC players last season as freshmen.
Team defense will be an early question but quality young players are in place to shore up that area of concern as the season progresses. Offensively we have some solid returning swingers in Blaine Goodwin and Craig Dolmage which will highlight our run production for this season.

PLAYERS TO WATCH:
Liam Baron: 10-4, 1.71 ERA, 2008 Southern Region MVP, All-NWAACC last season and has signed to play at Gonzaga University.

Trevor Smith: 14 saves, .25 ERA. Will get more innings this season and was All-NWAACC last season.

Blaine Goodwin: 312 batting average in the clean up spot looks even better for this season.
