Math Courses - The mathematics department offers a full complement of courses for transfer students and provides service courses for students in the technical and professional programs of college. The department also offers developmental courses for students with little mathematics background or who are returning to school. These courses are designed to give students hands-on experience with math as well as basic skills practice.

Self-Directed Math Courses - Self-paced, self-directed courses that offer the student a great deal of flexibility in time and location requirements. Courses are offered at all four LBCC campuses allowing students to use resoureces and do testing at any LBCC learning center. These courses utilize electronic media to help students learn and assess their progress.

Associate of Science in Mathematics - designed for students who plan to transfer to a four-year institution to complete a baccalaureate degree in mathematics.

Learning Center - individualized assistance for math students and testing area.

MATH AWARENESS WEEK - MAY  7-11, 2007 (2008 Dates TBA)
Our annual spring event featuring lots of food and math games. Each year has been more fun than the last.

College Now - program to help high school students earn college credit for college level math courses offered in their high school.
