Application and Programming Services is managed by Sam Oubari. The team provides support for the administrative management information system (Banner®). The Banner modules in use at LBCC are: Students, Student Information System (SIS), Financial Aid, Human Resources (HR), and Finance. These services are deployed using two servers.

Additionally, IS Application and Programming team provides custom programming and user support for all Banner modules.
