License Tracking

The IS department administers and maintains license-tracking records and 'proof of purchase' for software purchased from Microsoft, Corel (WordPerfect), Novell (Netware, GroupWise) - the software purchased through campus Site Licensing or Volume Purchase Agreement contracts.

Individual departments are responsible for tracking their department-specific software licenses, such as those for PhotoShop or AutoCAD. Please be sure to keep all licensing information and software in a secure place.
