Administration
Human Resources is responsible for the administration of the benefits programs described on this website. Requests for materials, or questions on specific matters, should be directed to the Benefits Specialist in the Calapooia Center Building, Room CC-108. The Benefits Specialist’s telephone number is (541) 917-4424. A Benefits Provider Contact List is also available and includes telephone numbers, group policy numbers, and other contact information for the companies listed under the Benefits for Contracted Employees section of this website.
Eligibility
Eligibility for benefits is determined by employment status. Learn about required insurance enrollment and other benefits eligibility for contracted employees at Benefits for Contracted Employees.
Part-time, noncontracted employees are not covered by the College’s insurance programs. To learn about the benefits part-time employees are eligible for go to Benefits for Noncontracted Employees.
Orientation
Human Resources is responsible for verifying benefits eligibility and for scheduling new employee orientation meetings for newly hired contracted employees. It is also important that new employees report to Human Resources (CC-108) as soon as possible in order to complete appropriate payroll and related tax forms.
