Having Trouble?

I am having trouble logging into my RoadRunner Mail account.

• I have never logged into my RoadRunner Mail account.
• Learn how to login to your new email account, by going to the Getting Started section on the FAQ page.


• I cannot remember my username for my RoadRunner Mail account.
• Your username is NOT your full email address. Your username is the first half of your email address. You can view your email address by logging onto WebRunner and clicking Personal Information then View and Update Address(es) and Phone(s).
• Your username is: firstname.lastname.1234 (1234 is the last four numbers of your student ID).
• Go to the Getting Started section on the FAQ page to learn more.


• I do not know if I have a RoadRunner Mail account.
• There is an easy way to verify you have an account, by logging onto WebRunner and clicking Personal Information then View and Update Address(es) and Phone(s) to view your email address.


• I cannot remember my password for my RoadRunner Mail account.
• You can send a request to the helpdesk team to reset your password.
