23rd Annual Foundation Education Golf Tournament
Date: Friday, September 9, 2011
Place: Spring Hill Country Club, 155 Country Club Lane, Albany, Oregon

Schedule
7:30 a.m. Continental breakfast buffet (included) Complimentary range balls & use of driving range available
7:30-8:00 a.m. Golfer check-in (required)
8:30 a.m. Tee time - Shotgun start begins promptly

Following golf: Lunch and award ceremony (included)

Team numbers are limited. Entries accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. To assure team entry, a $125 deposit is required by September 1, 2011 deadline.

Fees

$625 per team of five, $125 for individual players. Team captain coordinates payment. Full team fee due by August 12.
Power carts available through the Pro Shop for $40. Advance reservations are required. First come, first served-cart quantity is limited. Call 541-928-5454, ext. 1.

Format

30 teams of five players each competing for KPs, Long Drives and championship prizes.
Scramble format, utilizing the Gifford scoring system.
Tournament rules distributed on tournament day.
Players report to the check-in table before start time.
Soft spikes and country club dress code required.
