Specialized Parent Education

LBCC's Parenting Education Department works with partners to develop and support a variety of targeted classes and resources.

Intensive Parent Education provides classes and individualized services to parents involved with the child welfare system (DHS). They are designed to prevent child abuse and neglect.

Healthy Start is a voluntary home visiting program that assists families with newborn children, including information and weekly home visits for parenting support and education.
