This course will help you develop a step-by-step approach to completing your own business plan by reviewing several sample plans for applying for financing and growing your business. Learn to analyze and understand the balance sheet, and discover how financial institutions determine how much you can borrow, what your net worth is, and how other businesses in your industry are performing. The focus of this second year Small Business Management Program is to optimize your ability to develop systems such as an organizational chart and numerous other procedures that allow you to spend valuable time focusing on other aspects of your business. This would include examining budgets, investigating industry standards, and having the opportunity to listen to an attorney and banker discuss money, banking, and legal issues.
