How to Get Started
Getting Started StepsStep 1: Download the "Getting Started Packet" below and turn in to ODS, RCH-114. If unable to print the forms, e-mail your name and address to ods@linnbenton.edu and a packet will be mailed to you.
Step 2: Once your Getting Started forms and documenation are received by ODS, you will be contacted for an appointment to plan and discuss your accommodations. Please allow up to two weeks.
Step 3: Open a student e-mail account (must be LBCC or OSU). LBCC Webmail
Step 4: Submit your student e-mail account to ods@linnbenton.edu.
Step 5: Schedule your Part II training session when steps 1-4 is completed.

PDF forms require you to have a recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed Download Adobe Acrobat Reader.
To have forms mailed to you, please e-mail your name and address to ods@linnbenton.edu. You may also pick up a packet in the Red Cedar Hall, room 114. Other locations include: the Benton Center, BC-222 or the Lebanon Center, front desk.
