If you are feeling overwhelmed, having difficulty identifying important concepts in your reading, or just want to become a more effective reader; come to the reading lab.

We can help you develop effective reading strategies to

• identify important concepts in your reading,
• recognize context clues to define vocabulary and technical terms,
• utilize the layout of the text to focus and improve comprehension
• understand the main ideas and supporting details.
