Student Services
- If you are taking courses at both LBCC and OSU, you have access to student fee-based services at both LBCC and OSU.
- If you are taking only OSU courses, you can have access to LBCC's student fee-based services by paying LBCC's student fees ($20/term).
- If you are taking only LBCC courses, you can have access to OSU's student fee-based services (e.g., e-mail account, Dixon Recreation Center, Student Health Center, University Counseling and Psychological Services) by paying OSU's student fees ($482.36/term).
ID Cards
Your student ID card is required to access many student services at both institutions. You can pick up your OSU ID card from the ID Center at Memorial Union 213, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., and your LBCC card at the Admissions Office, Takena Hall, Room 115, Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Student Involvement
Student are encouraged to get involved in student organizations and activities at either or both institutions.
LBCC Student Life and Leadership: Student Life and Leadership staff promote and encourage the personal growth and leadership development of students through the provision of meaningful co-curricular and extracurricular activities. Opportunities are provided for students to learn and practice leadership skills through program development and student advocacy.
The Student Life and Leadership office is located on the first floor of Forum West, and it is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
OSU Student Involvement: The leaders of Student Involvement foster innovative programs, encourage student learning, and build coalitions among our diverse communities in an effort to prepare students for success. Student Involvement is located on the first floor of Snell Hall (MU East) and is open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. - 7 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. during the academic year. During finals week and summer, the office is open 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. every day of the week.
University Housing
OSU University Housing (room and meals) is available to degree partnership and enrolled students under the same procedures and rates as OSU students.
Student Conduct
Students participating in the Degree Partnership Program between Oregon State University and Linn-Benton Community College will be accountable to conduct standards at both institutions. LBCC and OSU may each intervene in cases of misconduct, particularly in issues involving health and safety. Students will be given opportunity for due process. Students found in violation of conduct codes may receive sanctions from each institution.
LBCC and OSU reserve the option to decide that only one institution will process a case of misconduct.
