Fall Term:

  • Santiam Restaurant opens - Tuesday, October 11, 2011. Call 541-917-4392 for reservations.
  • Fall Banquet - Friday, November 4
  • Santiam Restaurant closes for Winter break - Wednesday, December 1

Winter Term:

  • Santiam Restaurant opens - Tuesday, January 10, 2012. Call 541-917-4392 for reservations.
  • Winter Banquet - Friday, March 2.  Tickets may be purchased three weeks in advance by calling 541-917-4385.
  • Santiam Restaurant closes for Spring break - Wednesday, March 15

Spring Term:

  • Santiam Restaurant opens - Tuesday, April 3. Call 541-917-4392 for reservations.
  • French Banquet - Thursday, May 24 and Friday, May 25. Tickets may be purchased beginning Monday, May 1, in Room CC-214, beginning at 8:30 a.m. Call 541-917-4391 for more information.
  • Last day of regular service in Santiam Restaurant - Wednesday June 6
  • Santiam Restaurant Special Lunch Buffet - Thursday, June 7
