Writing Help for Students

We have an abundance of resources on campus to help your students succeed. Here are some of our literacy-related one:

Information Literacy Services: Do your students know how to find, use, and document high-quality information sources for your assignments? We have two fantastic librarians who are happy to help! Richenda Wilkinson and Bryan Miyagashima specialize in "Information Literacy," which is the broad term for helping people learn how to find, evaluate, use, and document the information resources they need for any kind of project. They're happy to help your students in any way possible - by coming to class to demonstrate search strategies, by creating a specialized research guide for your class, etc. Please visit their "Services for Faculty" web page to get a deeper sense of what they can offer you and your students.

The Writing Center: Do your students need help with planning, organizing, drafting, revising, and editing their written work? The Writing Center offers one-on-one help for students who want to do the best they can with their writing assignments. Please visit their web page for more information.
