The Associate of Science in Journalism & Mass Communications serves a two-fold purpose: to provide the fundamental skills necessary for students to transfer to a four-year university to continue their studies; and to prepare returning students retraining for a new career the entry level skills necessary to seek employment in the field.
| Ceramics |
| The Benton Center ceramics lab offers students an opportunity to learn a wide range of clay skills and techniques with different methods of firing. The program is staffed by studio artists who are commited to teaching. All levels of skills are mixed in the lab, which contributes to the dynamic learning environment. |
