| Art Studios |
| Students use large, well lit rooms for drawing, painting, and design classes. The tiered art history /art appreciation lecture room is equipped with multi-media technology for a variety of visual delivery systems. The drawing/painting studio will be remodelled in the near future to create additional space, and a new digital lab is currently being created for art, photography and graphic design majors. |
 | The photo lab in the Forum Building contains film developing, printing and print finishing rooms. Its 11 enlarger stations include two color heads and two 4x5 enlargers. A separate digital lab is equipped with Macintosh computers, digital camera, photo quality printer and scanners. |
| The Benton Center ceramics lab includes two stoneware kilns, a raku area, three electric kilns for bisque and majolica, two salt kilns, and access to a woodfire anagama for the summer workshop. | The Gallery in the foyer of the Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences Building features regular exhibits by professional, faculty and student artists. Work ranging from sculpture and mixed-media work to photograpy and painting can be found on the walls throughout the term. An annual Juried Student Art Exhibit open to art, photography and ceramic students is held in the spring. |

 | The student newspaper is housed in a spacious windowed office overlooking the courtyard on the second floor of the Forum Building. The student-run facility is equipped with an array of Macintosh computers, negative and flatbed scanners, digital and conventional cameras, and a high resolution tabloid laser printer. |
