Graduation
Commencement for 2008 is June 12.
Remember, graduation does not “just happen.” You must be an active participant in the process! If you are 2 terms away from finishing your degree or certificate, you’ll want to apply for graduation.
Once your application has been received, the Registrar’s office will do a preliminary evaluation and return copies to you for you and your advisor to review. It is important that you submit your application before your final quarter so you have time to complete any missing courses before the last quarter.
Stay in touch with your academic advisor and check back often to the these graduation web pages to stay current on what you need to do to make sure you’re on track for graduation.
To participate in commencement, a student must file an Application for Graduation with the Registrar’s office, and be a graduate (or pending graduate) of Summer 2007, Fall 2007, Winter 2008, Spring 2008, or Summer 2008 terms.
