Extended Absence Greeting

 

To Activate a 3-Way Call

Press CONF, dial the number of the person you wish to add on to the call, when the party answers, press CONF to connect all three parties.

 
Voice Mail Direct Message  

Albany and Benton Center: You can leave a message or forward a call to another users voicemail without ringing their phone. Dial 7 and their phone number.  (Example:  Ext. 4356 = 74356)

Lebanon Center: You can leave a message or forward a call to another users voicemail without ringing their phone. Dial 6 and the last 3 digits of their phone number.  (Example:  Ext. 4356 = 6356)

To Undelete Messages

Albany and Benton Center: From the “Subscriber’s Menu” press 6 and follow prompts

Lebanon Center: From the mailbox holders menu press 7 for the take action menu. From there press 5 to undelete messages.

Retrieving Your Messages from Anywhere

Albany and Benton Center: Dial your number, when you hear your greeting press #, you will be asked to enter your password. On campus, from any phone, dial 7 and your phone number, when you hear your greeting press #, you will be asked to enter your password.

Lebanon Center: Dial your number, when you hear your greeting press *, you will be asked to enter your password. On campus, from any phone, dial 3 and the last 3 digits of your phone number. Enter your password.

 

To Turn Your Voice Mail Light Off
With the handset down, dial #175#10.

 

To Call an International Number
Dial 9 011 to reach an international outside line.
Then dial your number, country code first.  Country Codes are listed in the phone book.  For example, to call Saudi Arabia 9 011 966 xxxxxxx since 966 is the country code.  You will still need to enter your long distance access code at the tone.
