Diagnostic Imaging is a 22-month intensive program. Graduates of the program will receive an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree. The program prepares students through a progressive, outcome-based educational format.
The purpose of the program is to prepare students to practice as proficient, multi-skilled professionals in culturally diverse health care settings. The LBCC program is designed to train students to demonstrate outcomes established by the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT), and to successfully complete the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification examination.
Registered Radiologic Technologists who have already passed their registry may complete a Computed Tomography certificate through our 100% online program, LB iLearn.
