Fall Banquet

This is the first banquet of the school year that is organized by our second-year students and is executed by both first and second-year students..

The 2015 Fall Banquet will be held on Friday, Nov. 13. Tickets are $26. Call Amy Sadowsky at (541)917-4385 to purchase your tickets.



Amuse: Hazelnut cracker with Brie and Balsamic-Onion Jam

Soup: Apple-Butternut Bisque

Entree: Cider Braised Pork Belly and Pork Roulade stuffed with Arugula Pesto served with roasted beets & carrots and citrus wild rice pilaf.

Dessert: 2 Towns Cider House's  Made Marion poached Pear with Hazelnut Ice Cream and Bourbon Caramel Sauce.

Wassail, Nice & Naughty Cider from 2 Towns Cider House, and Saison d'Etre from Mazama Brewing Company are availabel with your dinner.


This banquet has traditionally been themed a "Farm to Fork" dinner. Students researched local sources and created a menu around what they found seasonally available.
