Fall Banquet

This is the first banquet of the school year that is organized by our second-year students and is executed by both first and second-year students..

The 2016 Fall Banquet will be held on Friday, Nov. 18. Tickets are $27. Call Amy Sadowsky at (541)917-4385 to purchase your tickets.

 

Menu:

Amuse: Bite-size tartlette filled with hazelnut bechamel and topped with caramelized onions and mushrooms

Salad: Roasted beets and carrots over arugula with chevre, pomegranate served with a honey-pomegranate vinaigrette

Entree: A dual entree featuring house made rabbit-pork-chicken sausage with braised cabbage and cranberry mustard, and roasted quail with butternut squash puree and chared orange demi-glace

Dessert: Apple cider doughnut with chestnut ice cream

2 Towns Cider and Mazama beer are available.

 

This banquet has traditionally been themed a "Farm to Fork" dinner. Students researched local sources and created a menu around what they found seasonally available.
