Invitation to VendorsLinn-Benton Community College is publicly funded and locally governed. It is established by the district electorate to provide fully accessible educational opportunities to members of the community. The elected Board of Education serves as the contract review board and sets purchasing policy within state law and administrative rule. Local vendors are encouraged to participate in quotation and bidding for supplies and equipment to be purchased by the college. For major purchases of $10,000 or over, written quotations are required. For purchases of $50,000 or over, formal sealed bids are required and legal notices for such purchases will be published in district newspapers of general circulation. Vendors wanting to be placed on the college's quotation/bid list should request, in writing, the LBCC Quotation/Bid List Form. Send requests to:
