Accounts Receivable/Student Accounts

Accounts Receivable is responsible for collecting student, company, and third party payments for tuition, fees, bookstore charges, Student ID cards, parking fines, testing fees and many other charges. In addition we administer Emergency Loans and Payment Plans.

All Financial Aid checks are mailed to the address your currently have on record. You may sign up for Direct Deposit into your bank account through the Student Information System (SIS).

Location: The Accounts Receivable main campus cashier window is located in the Business Office on the Albany campus. Our office hours are M-F 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

You are welcome to come to the cashiers window for all your Accounts Receivable needs. In addition, student account payments are accepted at the following locations:

  • 757 NW Polk Ave., LBCC Benton Center, Corvallis Oregon
  • 44 Industrial Way, LBCC Lebanon Center, Lebanon Oregon
  • 1314 Long St., LBCC Sweet Home Center, Sweet Home Oregon
  • Takena Hall, LBCC Albany Center, Albany Oregon after 5:00pm
