Safety Trainings (C-Stop, Forklift)
C-STOP: Contractor Safety Training Orientation Program
The Contractor Safety Training Orientation Program provides basic industrial safety training to contractor employees working in northwest industrial facilities. Upon successful completion of the program, each participant receives a two-year certification card that is accepted by many individual industrial sites as proof of general safety training. Certification is renewed by completing a 4 hr. C-STOP Refresher program. Participants must have a current C-STOP card to take the C-STOP Refresher program.
Note: C-STOP cards have an expiration date and you cannot take the refresher course if your card is expired. We have regularly scheduled both the Initial and Refresher C-STOP programs during Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer terms.
