What is ASCET?

American Society of Certified Engineering Technicians. This is the only national, profession society created for engineering technicians and technologies in all engineering disciplines.

Employment Referral
A magazine CET lists in most issues members seeking employment and potential employers.

Financial Aid
ASCET offers the Joseph M. Parish and the Joseph C. Johnson memorial grants of $500 and $750. Small cash grants are also available.

How to Join
Contact any of the club officers or staff of the LBCC Drafting and Engineering Graphics department. They will have more information about scheduled events. There is a membership fee of $8 that is waived making ASCET free to join.

Why Join
There are opportunities that this club offers from grants, magazines with information, professional development, to national and regional meetings.
